Nutrition Coaching
STEP TWO:  Once you and your coach have an idea of where you are and where you want to go, you will check in face-to-face at least twice a month, making any adjustments needed to keep you on track for your specific goals.  Between meetings, your coach will be in communication with you via text and email to help troubleshoot any obstacles, answer all your questions and celebrate successes with you!

Nutrition Maintenance
STEP THREE:  You know what to do.  Your plan is solid.  Your goals are achievable.  Now, you just need a little accountability.  You'll meet with your coach face-to-face once a month to reassess your goals and check in on your progress.  If you have new questions or issues that arise during the month, you will still have access to your nutrition coach via email and text.

Orientation
This private training session is for all members who are new to CrossFit or have been out of the game for a while and are not integrating through our Beginners Boot Camp.
Orientation will cover an introduction to the facilities, basic nutrition, goal setting, and foundational movement.
