STEP TWO: Once you and your coach have an idea of where you are and where you want to go, you will check in face-to-face at least twice a month, making any adjustments needed to keep you on track for your specific goals. Between meetings, your coach will be in communication with you via text and email to help troubleshoot any obstacles, answer all your questions and celebrate successes with you!
